General Terms and Conditions (GTC)

1. Scope

These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all inquiries and purchases of artworks made through this website via individual contact. Since this is a private website without an online shop, sales are only made upon request and by individual agreement.

2. Contract Formation

A contract is only concluded once we confirm your request and an agreement regarding the purchase of the artwork has been made. The agreement is made via email or phone.

3. Prices and Payment Terms

• The prices listed on the website are final prices.

• Payment is made via bank transfer or as otherwise agreed.

• The artwork remains our property until full payment has been received.

4. Delivery and Shipping

• The handover of the artworks takes place in person or via shipping as individually agreed.

• Shipping costs are agreed upon separately with the buyer.

• The buyer bears the shipping risk unless otherwise agreed.

5. Right of Withdrawal

Since this is the sale of artworks by a private individual, there is no right of withdrawal according to § 312g (2) No. 1 BGB. A cancellation of the purchase is only possible by individual agreement.

6. Liability Disclaimer

• We assume no liability for any damages arising from the use of this website or from the shipping of artworks.

• The color representation of the artworks may vary depending on the screen settings.

7. Copyright

The purchased artworks are protected by copyright. Any reproduction, public use, or commercial exploitation requires the artist’s permission.

8. Final Provisions

Should any provision of these GTC be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected. The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies.
